Obok

Terms of service

Short, because the service is small and invited-only.

Last updated 3 August 2026.

1 · Who you are dealing with

Obok is provided by META Project, Al. Jerozolimskie 198N/15, 02-486 Warsaw, Poland ("we", "us"). Contact: kontakt@obok.ai. By using Obok you accept these terms.

2 · What Obok is

Obok reads a connected mailbox, identifies threads that look like unpaid invoices or unanswered scheduling requests, and writes draft replies for you to review.

Obok never sends anything. It holds no permission to send, modify or delete mail. It opens a pre-filled compose window in your own mail application; you decide whether to send. Every message that leaves your mailbox is one you sent.

3 · Access is by invitation

Obok is not open for public signup. Access is granted by an invitation link, and that link is the credential — there is no password, and possession of the link is the entire claim to the account. You are responsible for keeping it to yourself; anyone you give it to can see and act on everything in your account. Tell us if you lose it and we will issue a replacement, which invalidates the old one. We may withdraw access at any time, this being a closed test.

4 · Testing status, and what that means for you

Obok is pre-release software under active development. It may be unavailable, lose data, behave incorrectly, or change substantially without notice. It is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, and you should not rely on it as the only record of anything that matters to you.

5 · The drafts are yours to check

Drafts are generated by a large language model and can be wrong. They may misread an amount, a date, or the tone a relationship needs. Obok shows you the complete text of every draft — never a summary — precisely so that you can catch this before anything is sent.

You are responsible for what you send. Reading the draft before pressing send in your own mail app is the one thing the design asks of you, and the one thing it cannot do for you. In particular, do not rely on Obok to state the amount or due date of an invoice correctly without checking.

6 · Your account and your content

Your mail remains yours. We claim no ownership of it and do not use it to train models. What we do with it is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. You may disconnect your mail account at any time from your Google account settings, and you may ask us to delete your data at kontakt@obok.ai.

7 · Acceptable use

Do not use Obok to send unlawful, harassing or deceptive messages, to impersonate anyone, or to process a mailbox you are not entitled to read. Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or to reach other users' data.

8 · Cost

Obok is free during the invited testing period. If it later becomes a paid product, we will say so in advance; nothing will start charging you silently.

9 · Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost business, lost profit, or loss arising from a message you chose to send. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

10 · Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to invited testers directly rather than by quietly editing this page. These terms are governed by Polish law, and the mandatory consumer protections of your own country of residence continue to apply to you regardless.
